Alpha Xi Delta believes in creating opportunities for its members to enhance upon the skills in which all employers look for; such as problem-solving techniques, communication styles, and planning and development skills. Therefore, Alpha Xi Delta has fashioned multiple internal leadership opportunities to challenge its sisters.

Each college chapter of Alpha Xi Delta elects its own officers to facilitate the chapter's business success. They are responsible for the management of the chapter and are assisted by an alumnae advisory board. In addition to its officers, a chapter relies on various committees to expedite its business. Many committees are chaired by an officer, others by individual members.

Every college chapter has an executive committee elected by the chapter members as their leaders. The Executive Committee constitutes a committee of ways and means. This body ensures that the chapter adheres to the national Constitution and Bylaws and chapter bylaws. The Executive Committee includes the President, the Chapter Life Vice President, the Membership Vice President, the Communication Vice President, the Philanthropy Vice President, the Finance and Operations Vice President, the Membership Development Vice President, the Panhellenic Delegate, and the Chapter Advisor. 

Man of the Year

       Each year our chapter recognizes one outstanding man who has supported us in our service, participated in our events, assisted us when able, and has truly shown his Alpha Xi spirit. He is elected by chapter vote and announced at our formal each spring.
